Contract drawn up in the office of the notary Heliodorus in Pathyris, recording the loan of 2 talents and 2300 drachmas from the priest Psenimouthis to two brothers. The loan is to be repaid in the month of Pharmouthi, and penalty applies should the borrowers fail to pay it back within the agreed time. With summary on the back in Greek and Demotic.

Fragments from the left half of a papyrus sheet, broken off to the right; with insect holes and breaks along the horizontal folds. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears two lines, one in Demotic and one in Greek. On the front there is one column of 26 lines, which lack the right half, with the exception of line 24; the last line is indented and separated by paragraphus and some blank space. Upper, left and lower margins survive. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
