Papyrus sheet, complete, only lacking a small part of the lower left edge, and with minor damage in places; writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back; on the back there are two lines at the bottom of the sheet; the front bears 18 lines, complete. All margins are extant, the right being irregular and minimal. A sheet-join runs along at the height of the sheet at c. 20 mm from the left edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
