Contract drawn up in Pathyris before Hermias, agent of the notary Paniscus, for the sale of one arura of corn land belonging to Peteharsemtheus and his three brothers at the price of two talents. The seller is Peteharsemtheus, and the buyers are Hetpesuchus and his brothers. Dated to 1 May 101 BC.
The receipt of Paniscus, banker in Krokodilopolis in the Pathyrite nome, acknowledging the payment for the tax on sale, follows (line 13-end). It is dated to 11 September 101 BC.

Light-brown papyrus roll, complete and well-preserved, made of four sheets; the first sheet displays vertical fibres and was left blank; the other sheets, with horizontal fibres, bear writing along the fibres; the back is blank. There is one wide column of 15 lines, complete; blank space separates lines 3 and 4,10 and 11, and 14 and 15. All margins are extant; three sheet-joins are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Fluid, thin, upright cursive hand, slightly uneven, exhibiting some serifs ('Hermias-hand'); different cursive hand from line 12 to end.
