Agreement drawn up before Hermias, agent of the notary Paniscus, whereby Psenenoupis cedes a share of temple land which he had leased from the priests for a period of ten years. He sublets it to Harsiesis, priest of Suchus and Aphrodite, for the last four years at the price of 2 talents and 3300 drachmas.

Papyrus sheet, complete, with few holes and some surface damage; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one wide column of 15 lines, the last of which is written in the right part of the sheet. All margins survive. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
