Papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom, darkened and with holes and surface damage especially along the vertical folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 12 lines, complete; upper and side margins are extant but minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
