Twelve receipts issued by Psammetichus to Pasion and Sentheus, brewers, acknowledging the payments of 5 talents for each month on account of the tax on beer. The fragment of the right-hand side contains remains of the first two receipts for the months of Thoth and Phaophi. The third receipt, issued for the month of Hathyr, of which only the ends of three lines survive here, is preserved in a Berlin papyrus published as BGU XIV 2379.

Papyrus roll with detached fragment, which comes from beginning of the roll; broken off at the top and with holes throughout the preserved portion; the fragment breaks off at the bottom too. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are portions of three columns, with three lines from a preceding column; on the fragment there are remains of one column, for a total of four columns. Sheet-joins running along the heigth of the roll are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
