Papyrus sheet, almost square-shaped, damaged by insect holes throughout and lacking the bottom right corner; writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The back bears two lines, much effaced; on the front there are 6 lines, crossed out and occupying less than half of the sheet. Margins are extant, with the lower measuring up to 70 mm. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
