Papyrus sheet, darker by patches, almost complete but damaged along the sides and displaying some holes in the preserved portion; the back lacks a strip of fibres, which affects the text. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front bears 21 lines, with blank space between lines 16 and 17, which is indented, and between lines 17 and 18. Part of line 6 was erased. Traces of another column are visible at the bottom right margin. Two sheet-joins run along the side edges. Upper and lower margins are preserved. The back bears one column of 12 lines, lacking some letters at the beginning. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
