A letter from Psenosiris, a presbyter in the Panopolite village of Toeto, to Apollon, a presbyter in the Great Oasis, reporting the arrival of the body of a woman, transported by and entrusted to some funerary workers (nekrotaphoi) until the arrival of her son. The docket is on the back.

Complete papyrus sheet, darker by patches; the surface is somewhat abraded in places. Writing is on both sides along the fibres, the back having a two-line docket. The left margin measures 5 mm, the upper 15 mm and the lower 60 mm; no margin was left at the right. Housed in a glass case.
