Fragments of a papyrus sheet, damaged along the vertical folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. Four vertical folds and one horizontal are visible. Left, upper and lower margins measure 20 mm; the right margin is minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Experienced, but somewhat irregular cursive hand; second hand, unpractised, from line 23 to the end for the subscription.

Provenance: Kysis (Dush), Western Desert, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 688-731 from Bernard Pyne Grenfell (b. 1869, d. 1926) on 14 November 1896.
