Deed of divorce by mutual consent between Aurelius Soulis and Senpsais, both funerary workers, due to some evil spirit. The parties acknowledge that all possessions have been returned: Soulis has received back all of the marriage gifts and Senpsais, who is free to remarry, has been returned the dowry.

Incomplete papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and lacking part of the right edge, with a loss of 2-7 letters. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The surface is abraded in places. Upper and left margins measure 15 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
