Dark-brown papyrus sheet, with white residue on its surface, mutilated especially in the lower half; writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back bearing one line; on the front there are 23 lines, many of which are damaged. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.

Provenance: Panopolis (Akhmim), Panopolite nome, Egypt. Found with Papyri 719-722. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 688-731 from Bernard Pyne Grenfell (b. 1869, d. 1926) in November 1896.
