Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and right, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The beginnings of 5 lines from the top of a column remain; left and upper margins survive in the preserved portion. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Lines 1-2: Large cursive hand, sloping to the right, with some elongated strokes; line 3-end: Thin, upright cursive hand, neat and proficient.

Provenance: Krokodilopolis (Medinet el-Fayum), Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 688-731 from Bernard Pyne Grenfell (b. 1869, d. 1926) in November 1896.
