The papyrus bears writing on both sides along the fibres; of the text on the back only few letters remain. On the front there are 29 lines; the last two lines are separated by some blank space from the rest of the text. Few traces remain of the first line preserved. At the height of line 28, text was written in the left margin. The left margin is extant, the lower margin is damaged, and the right is minimal and irregular. Modern annotations are visible on both sides, with the number in red referring to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
