Light-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and torn at the right edge; with minor surface damage in the preserved portion. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 11 lines; the first 3 lines are mutilated and only their beginnings survive. Blank space separates lines 3 and 4. Left and lower margins are extant, the lower measuring 50-60 mm; the other margins are lost. In the lower edge a speck of ink is visible. A sheet-join running across the fibres and along the height of the sheet is visible in the right edge. The modern annotation in red refers to the edition in P.Fay. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
