Upper papyrus (A) (P.Fay. 68, P.Lond. III 824a descr., TM 10915): Receipt acknowledging the payment of the customs-dues on account of the tax for the protection of the desert routes on four camels passing the gate of Dionysias. Dated to 21 May 158.
Lower papyrus (B) (P.Fay. 76a, P.Lond. III 824b descr., TM 10919): End of a receipt acknowledging the payment of 2 obols and a half as customs-dues on a camel or donkey with a load of 5 artabas. Dated to 11 July 152.

Two small papyus sheets that do not belong together, mounted on cardboard in the same glass case. The modern annotations refer to the edition in P.Fay.
Upper papyrus (A): Square-shaped sheet, complete, only lacking the bottom left edge and with minor surface damage in the lower half. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; there are 6 lines, complete, occupying slightly more than half of the sheet. Margins are minimal with the exception of the lower one.
Lower papyrus (B): Lower portion of a small sheet, broken off at the top, torn at the bottom; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 5 complete lines and traces of another at the top. Only the side margins are extant, both being minimal; the lower margin is damaged, the upper margin is lost.
