Incomplete papyrus sheet, broken off at the top, lacking part of the bottom and damaged by insect holes throughout. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are portions of 15 lines, the first two only having the beginnings. Blank space (25 mm) separates lines 2 and 3. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
