Papyrus sheet, darker by patches, with few small holes; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 10 lines, complete; blank space was not filled in line 4. Margins are extant, although the right is damaged. There are two sheet-joins running across the fibres and along the height of the sheet in the left and in the right edges. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: 171 x 158 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 225 x 205 mm.
Script: Upright, cursive hand of small size; the subscription at the end and the first line are thicker and in ink which has turned brown.
