Papyrus sheet with damage and gaps in its right half, but well preserved as to the rest; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 12 lines, some of which lack the endings. Margins are not wide. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: 163 x 125 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 215 x 180 mm.
Script: Medium-sized, upright, cursive hand, with some elongated strokes; the subscription at the end is thicker and the ink has turned brown.
