Papyrus sheet, of lighter colour at the top, damaged by holes in the middle and at the top; writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are 12 lines, which occupy slightly more than half of the sheet; line 12 is badly damaged. All margins are extant, with the blank space at the bottom measuring 105 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
