Papyrus roll with a detached scrap, incomplete to the left; overall well preserved, but slightly damaged by holes at the bottom and left, and with minor surface damage in places. Writing runs along the fibres on the front, with the exception of the lines written on the left-hand sheet of the roll, which run across the fibres; the fibre orientation of this sheet, which measures x mm, is opposite to that of the other sheets forming the roll, the fibres being vertical. This sheet bears four lines. In the rest of the roll there is one wide column of 18 lines; blank space separates lines 5 and 6 and lines 17 and 18. Additionally, space fillers further divide the first 5 lines of text from the rest. Sheet-joins are visible. The back is blank. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
