Recto:
- Columns 1-2: unpublished; Of column 1 only the endings of ten lines are preserved; column 2 contains a document of a certain Paniscus from the division of the City East, Hermopolis, under the emperor Antoninus Pius; a five-day period account follows.
- Columns 3-6 (P.Lond. III 1159, Chr.Wilck. 415, TM 22811): List of people who are to supply the provisions required for the official visit of the prefect Lucius Valerius Proclus; those exempted because of a special warrant, another official duty or death are also listed, along with their substitutes. Names are arranged on the basis of the items they are required to provide, such as white bread and vegetables, meat, wine, hay and barley, wood, geese, oil and lentils, fowl, olives and cheese, vegetables and fish, donkeys. The fourth column of the document (i.e. the 6th of the recto) and the detached fragments are unpublished.
