Papyrus roll broken off to the left, damaged by holes throughout, the holes being bigger in the left half, and with dark stains; well preserved as to the rest. Writing runs along the fibres on the front and across them on the back. The front bears one broad column of 19 lines, the ends of which display some surface damage; traces of a preceding column in a different hand survive. Upper, right and lower margins are extant. Sheet-joins running along the height of the roll are visible in the middle and in the right edge. On the back there are various columns of different length. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
