- Portion of a medium-brown papyrus roll, with writing on both sides. The front bears portions of three columns written along the fibres; on the back, there is one column, broken off at the top, written across the fibres at the top right of the papyrus. The modern annotations refer to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 232 x 183 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 280 x 245 mm.
Script: Irregular uncial hand, not bilinear and exhibiting contrast between large and small letterforms; some strokes end in small hooks; lines are slightly uneven. Verso: Cursive hand.
