Notice addressed to Didymus and presumably Apollonius, district and village scribes (topogrammateis and komogrammateis), by Thamounis, of Oxyrhynchus, reporting that her son Thoonis no longer lives in the quarter where he was registered, but moved abroad. Thamounis asks that his son may be added to the register of those who have left their village. With subscription and oath of Thamounis, written by her guardian as she is illiterate.

Fragmentary papyrus sheet, worm-eaten throughout, written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are portions of 41 lines, with traces of ink in the upper margin. The numbers in red refers to the edition in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
