A lease of 36 ¾ aruras of land located near Pamis, in the Oxryhynchite nome, the lessor being Dionysius, son of Alexander, and the lessee Artemidorus, son of Artemidorus. The land is to be sown with wheat, and the produce is to be equally divided among the parties; the lessee is responsible for the transport costs and tools; the expenses for reaping will be shared. With autograph subscription of Artemidorus and dating clause at the end.

Papyrus sheet, damaged by holes mostly affecting its lower half and the upper margin; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of narrow format, comprising 19 lines and mutilated in its lower half; lines 16 and 19 are indented. Margins partly survive, with the right being irregular. Folding lines are visible. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. II. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Cursive hand of medium size, rich in ligatures; occasionally compressed at the end of the lines. Different cursive hand in lines 17-19.
