- Papyrus sheet, pale-brown, lacking part of the lower edge and damaged by insect holes; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are 9 lines; upper and left margins measure c. 6 mm, the right margin 3 mm and the lower 15 mm; the modern annotation in red refers to the publication in P.Fay. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Provenance: Bakchias, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. From the EES excavations of 1895-1896 at Kom el-Atl, found in the temple. Presented as part of a lot comprising Papyri 1180-1199 by the Egypt Exploration Fund in November 1903.
