Fragmentary report of the collectors of money taxes (praktores argyrikon) of the village of Pharbaithos in the Arsinoite nome, addressed to the strategus of the division of Herakleides, listing arrears of taxes in the month Phamenoth. The back deals with the same subject, but is written in a different hand.

- Papyrus fragment, broken off at the bottom and right (front), rubbed in places, with holes and surface damage; written on both sides. The front bears the top of two columns, and the beginnings of the lines from a third column; the annotation in red refers to the publication in P.Fay. On the back, there is one column, mutilated at the bottom and right, written against the fibres. The blank space on the left is ample. A modern annotation is visible. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
