- Fragments of varying size from a medium-brown papyrus roll, written on both sides. On the front, there are remains of several columns written along the fibres. On the back, there are portions of ten columns running across the fibres, each 105 mm wide. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Recto: Proficient cursive hand, with additions in a smaller cursive. Verso: Upright rounded hand, neat and regular.
