Top left fragment (A) (P.Lond.Lit. 140, P.Lond. V 1814 a descr., TM 63515, LDAB 4724, MP3 2516 + 2551): Papyrus sheet containing three columns of a handbook for teaching declamation written along the fibres. They contain at least one oration; the subject of column 2 is apparently a case of disinheritance. The text joins PSI II 148. Second half of 2nd century.
Bottom left fragment (B) (P.Lond.Lit. 150, P.Lond. V 1814 b descr., TM 62987, LDAB 4179, MP3 1561): Portions of three columns containing Xenophon, Memorabilia, IV.2.1-4. 2nd century.
Right fragment (C) (P.Lond.Lit. 126, P.Lond. V 1814 c descr., P.Oxy. LXVII 4569, TM 59615, LDAB 717, MP3 291): Imperfect leaf of a papyrus codex, written on both sides and containing Demosthenes, De falsa legatione, 1-7, 9-13. The text joins another fragment in the Sackler Library, with which it was reedited as P.Oxy. LXVII 4569. 3rd-4th century.

Three literary prose fragments, all mounted in the same glass.
a: Fragment of papyrus sheet containing three columns of 35 lines written along the fibres. The space between the columns measures 10 mm, the width of the margins 127 mm.
b: Portions of three columns, written along the fibres; the first two columns contain 56 lines. The space between the columns is 20 mm, the width of the margins 127 mm.
c: Imperfect leaf of a papyrus codex, written on both sides, 25 lines on the recto and 25 lines on the verso.

Housed in a glass case measuring 330 x 255 mm.
Script:
a: Small neat uncial hand, no accents or breathings. Stops are marked by paragraphus and space in the line. In the margin opposite I. 22 sign of χ and opposite to I. 25 another sign.
b: Small regular rounded uncial hand. No punctuation, accents or breathings. Iota adscript frequently added erroneously. Ny is often represented by a supralinear line over the preceding vowel.
c: Medium-sized sloping rather irregular uncial hand inclining to the cursive. No accents or breathings, one mark of elision.

Provenance: A, C: Oxyrhynchus, Oxyrhynchite nome, Egypt; B: Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 1545-1753 from the Reverend Chauncey Murch (b. 1856, d. 1907) on 8 December 1906.
