Mounted in glass; three codex-fragments, two of which belong together, written on both sides.
A: Dark parchment, the recto shows the left side of a column, the right side is broken off; the verso has the right side of a column.
B-C: Two smaller fragments on lighter parchment of the same codex.
B: Broken off at the top, bottom and right, 21 lines fragmentarily preserved on the recto, 20 on the verso.
C: Broken off at the top, 4 complete and 3 fragmentary lines preserved on the recto, 3 complete and 5 fragmentary lines on the verso.

Materials: Parchment.
Dimensions: A: 135 x 45 mm; B: 100 x 35 mm; C: 60 x 70 mm. Housed in a glass case measuring 220 x 190 mm.
Script: Rather small uncial hand. Written on both sides. Columns (c. 3,7 cm wide) are marked by ruled lines. Minute angular signs at the end of the lines of fragment c, ll. 46, 47, 48, 55.

Origin: Egypt.
Provenance: Arsinoite nome, Fayum, Egypt. Found in the frame of Papyrus 113.2 (21 August 1886), which had been purchased from Greville John Chester (b. 1830, d. 1892) on 13 July 1878. Accesioned in 1909.
