III 412, P.Lond.Lit. 174, TM 61406, LDAB 2550, MP3 53): Two columns numbered as 35 and 36 at the top, containing the ending of Book 18 of Sextus Julius Africanus’ Cesti, quoting passages of the Odyssey and Iliad and discussing the authenticity of some verses containing a spell. With end title.

Verso (P.Oxy. VI 907, TM 20370): Copy of the will of Hermogenes alias Eudaemon, office-holder and councillor at Oxyrhynchus, dated to 276. The property of Hermogenes is to be divided among his wife and his five children, three sons and two daughters. The inheritance includes real estates located in various villages with all appurtenances, a house in Oxyrhynchus and slaves. Dowries for the daughters are also arranged. Alongside their mother, a guardian is appointed for the three minor children until the age of majority for the boys and marriage for the girl; a nephew will be of further assistance if needed. A bequest to a friend follows. At the end is a statement containing the date when the will was opened.

Fragment of a papyrus roll, which was re-used for the text on the verso. Writing runs along the fibres on the recto and across them on the verso. Vertical folds are visible.
The recto preserves two columns of different length, the first, mutilated to the left, with 43 lines, the second, complete, with 28 lines. The columns were numbered on top as 35 and 36. The intercolumn measures 20-27 mm, the lower margin 43 mm, the upper 24 mm, and the right 25 mm.
The back has one column written upside down in relation to the text on the front, with long lines mutilated to the right. The upper, left and lower margins measure 20, 20, 60 mm respectively. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. VI.
The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
