A lease of a hall (exhedra) of a house located in Oxyrhynchus, in the quarter of the Shoemakers’ Market, the lessor being Aurelius Philoxenus and the lessee Aurelius Hierax. The rent for the hall and its appurtenances is 2,400 myriads of denarii and the lessor is entitled to claim the property back whenever he wants. The back has a one-line docket.

Papyrus sheet, with holes throughout, broken off at the bottom, damaged to the left and lacking the right edges too. Writing is on both sides along the fibres, the back having one line. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
