Portion of a roll containing Bacchylides’s Dithyramb XVII 47−78 (largest fragment) and XVII 91−92 (detached fragment); with parchment title-tag (sillybos) still in its original position reading ‘Dithyrambs of Bacchylides’, written over another original title, still visible, which referred to the first dithyramb only (‘The Sons of Antenor, or The Demand for Helen's Return’).

- Portion of a papyrus roll, with detached fragment, light-coloured, overall well-preserved; written on one side, the back being blank. The front bears portions of one column and the upper margin; the detached fragment contains traces of two lines from the foot of a column, and the lower margin. At a later stage, a parchment tag was attached onto the verso, at the top of the roll, with two lines on the outer side. The tag is a palimpsest, as remnants of three earlier lines are visible. The number in red refers to the publication in P.Oxy. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
