Physical Characteristics:

Materials: Papyrus.

Dimensions: 185mm in height. Preserved in seven cases, measuring 455x230mm (cases 1-3) and 380x230mm (cases 4-7).

Script: Written along the fibres. Slightly sloping uncial hand, with corrections and variant readings added by a second hand.

Custodial History:

Found at Oxyrhynchus.

Part of the collection of papyri (now papyri 2040-2075) presented to the British Museum by the Egypt Exploration Society on 3 September, 1914.
