A sworn declaration from Aurelius Zoilas, of Oxyrhynchus, to Aurelius Philiarchus alias Horion, strategus of the Oxyrhynchite nome. Zoilas undertakes to appear before the prefect Marcus Aurelius Diogenes, when he is in Oxyrhynchus or in the nome, in order to bring an action against some comarchs (village officials).

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged to the left. Writing is on one side along the fibres. The upper margin survives to 11 mm; no margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
