An application to a strategus from a certain Horion, who is enclosing documents related to his remarriage with his wife Apollonarion, whom he had previously divorced. The beginning is lost, and what remains includes part of the contract of remarriage, a copy of the request of Apollonarion for the appointment of a guardian, the end of the application of Horion to the archidikastes (official with judicial authority) with copies of the signatures, and the authorization of the archidikastes to serve a copy of the application upon Apollonarion.

Papyrus sheet, broken off at the top and damaged throughout, especially in the left lower portion. Three scraps, located at the bottom of the frame, remain unplaced. Left and lower margin survive to 10 and 35 mm respectively; no margin was left on the right. The text runs on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
