Column 1: A fragmentary report of a trial for assault, with a report of a physician and a petition to the strategus Aurelius Ptolemaeus alias Nemesianus supplied as evidence. The deputy-epistrategus Metrodorus is mentioned.
Column 2: Beginnings of 9 lines of uncertain nature in a different hand.

Papyrus sheet, with writing on both sides, along the fibres on the recto and across them on the verso. On the recto, parts of two columns are preserved, written by two hands. Of the first column, portions of eleven lines survive; of the second, only the beginnings of 9 lines remain. The text on the verso, written by a different hand, is complete. The papyrus is mounted in a glass case.
