One-year lease of 15 arourae of land in the village of Sepho from Sarapion, son of Apollonius, of the catoecic cavalry, to a certain Apollonius, both from Oxyrhynchus. The lessee is to sow 3 arourae with wheat and the remaining with barley and lentils. He has received barley and lentils for seed and 1500 drachmae for clearing the land from rushes.

An incomplete papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged especially on its left side; wormholes are visible throughout. Writing is along the fibres, the back having very scanty traces. Housed in a glass case.
