Recto (P.Oxy. XIV 1706, TM 21984): Sale of two female slaves, one of whom is called Aphrodite, the buyer being Sarapias alias Thaesis, from Antinoupolis, acting with her guardian; the sellers and their brother, who is acting as their guardian, are from Oxyrhynchus. A second hand occasionally filled in the blank space that had been left supplying details. Dated to August-September 207.
Verso (P.Oxy. XIV 1726, TM 31796): A fragmentary list of contracts, such as cession and loans, drawn up on various days of the month of Hathyr. Each entry is followed by a sum.

Fragment of a papyrus sheet, with writing on both sides; on the recto the text runs along the fibres and is complete at the top and left, but is broken off at the bottom and right; the first two lines are also damaged; the left margin measures 15 mm and the upper one 17 mm. On the verso the text runs across the fibres and is broken off at the bottom and left. Housed in a glass case.

Script: Recto: Neat, upright hand of small size, with some ligatures; a second hand, rougher and more cursive, supplied words. Verso: Rougher and irregular cursive, with upright letters.
