A fragmentary letter to Apa Papnuthius from a certain Heraclides, who is oppressed by some form of sickness and is asking for Papnuthius’ prayers. With postscript added by Heraclides himself at the end and address on the back.

Script: Recto, lines 1-8 and verso: Practised and large bold cursive, with a tendency for letters to be laterally compressed. Recto, lines 8-end: Large, sloping and more cursive hand.
