Light-brown papyrus sheet, with writing on both sides. Horizontal and vertical folds are visible. The text on the front is incomplete and runs along the fibres; the one on the back is complete and is written across the fibres. The lower margin measures 25 mm, the upper 30 mm. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
