Three fragments of varying size from a papyrus sheet, containing the ends of nine lines; the upper fragment is upside down in the frame and a smaller fragment was incorrectly attached to it; the mid and bottom fragment were originally contiguous. Writing is on one side across the fibres. An average of 30 letters is lost on the left; the lower margin measures approximately 70 mm. Housed in one glass case, wrongly labelled as Papyrus 2912(2).

Dimensions: Top fragment: 30 x 90 mm; Mid fragment: 25 x 100 mm; Lower fragment: 85 x 91 mm. Housed in a glass case named Papyrus 2912(2) and measuring 205 x 155 mm.
Script: Rough and illiterate semi-cursive; the same hand is in Papyrus 991 (P.Lond. III 991).
