Papyrus slip, complete; irregularly cut at the top and bottom and damaged by some insect holes; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. There are five complete lines; margins are extant and minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Large, upright cursive hand; second hand, rough, bigger and thinner, for the subscription in the last two lines.
