Papyrus sheet, lighter by patches, broken off at the top, lacking part of the bottom and the upper right corner; with some surface damage throughout, especially along the folds. Writing runs along the fibres on both sides, the back having a one-line docket in faded ink. The front bears 34 lines; lower and side margins are minimal; the upper margin is lost. A sheet-join runs across the fibres and along the right edge. The papyrus is housed in a glass case.
