(1) 'Memorabilia in the Earl of Strafford's letters', being brief notes of the contents of the two volumes of Letters of Thomas Wentworth, 1st Earl of Strafford, printed in 1740 by Dr. William Knowler from the originals in the possession of Thomas Watson-Wentworth, Earl of Malton, now in the Wentworth-Woodhouse Collection at Sheffield Public Library. Birch's references are to the printed edition. French and English. ff. 1-47.
