Pinter Archive. Sketches, usually performed as part of theatre revues; 1959-2006. Typewritten and autograph. Arranged alphabetically.
1. 'Apart from that'. Autograph and typewritten drafts, some with autograph revisions. Many duplicates. Originally entitled 'Phone Call'. Performed by Antonia Fraser and H Pinter at a charity event for the Longford Trust; May 2006.
2. 'Dialogue for Three'. Photocopy of printed page. First performed on the 'Third Programme' for BBC Radio, 1964. Published in Plays: Three, Faber and Faber (1991); 1959. [Previous reference: Loan 110A/61].
3. 'God's District'. Autograph and typewritten drafts. Performed at the Lyric Hammersmith theatre as part of a revue called 'Then Again', 1997. Currently [2008] unpublished; 1997. [Previous reference: Loan 110A/70A].
4. 'Interview'. Typewritten draft. First performed on the 'Third Programme' for BBC Radio, 1964. Published in Plays: Three, Faber and Faber (1991); 1964. [Previous reference: Loan 110A/60].
5. 'Lunch Counter'. Typewritten drafts and draft pages, some with autograph revisions. Currently [2008] unproduced and unpublished; 1961. [Previous reference: Loan 110A/70A].
6. 'The New World Order'. Autograph draft and five typewritten drafts with autograph revisions. First performed at the Royal Court Theatre, 19 July 1991. Published in Granta magazine, number 37 (1991) and Plays: Four, Faber and Faber (1993). For correspondence see Add MS 88880/6/10; [circa 1991]. [Previous reference: Loan 110A/36].
7. 'Night'; Three typewritten drafts, one with autograph revisions, one bound. Performed at Hampstead Theatre, 6 Feb. 1969, as part of an anthology called 'We who are about to..' and at the Comedy Theatre, 9 April 1969, as part of an anthology called 'Mixed Doubles: An Entertainment on Marriage'. Published in Plays: Three, Faber and Faber (1991); [1969]. [Previous reference: Loan 110A/28].
8. 'Precisely'. One autograph draft and nine typewritten drafts, some with autograph revisions. Written for the anti-nuclear show 'The Big One', performed at the Apollo theatre, Dec.1983.
