1. 'The Adoration (The Reward)'; n.d. Autograph outline of characters.
2. 'Believers'; 1974. A play. Autograph and typewritten outlines and partial scripts.
3. 'Beware the jubjub bird: or the wooing of Alice West'; 1983. First notes and the first leaf of act 1. Autograph. A different work from the two act play subsequently renamed 'March hares', see Add MS 88881/1/2.
4. 'Bonzo and Baba'; n.d. Autograph outline and typewritten portions of two versions of a play.
5. Papers relating to a play variously entitled 'The Joke', 'The butt' and 'Circles'; 1983, 1984, n.d. The names of characters vary considerably between drafts, the general theme being of Jewish humour in the face of German persecution. The most substantial portions are an untitled typewritten screenplay with characters including Stefan, Libesh, Nadia and Yerkov, and two draft autographs of 'Circles' with characters including Bruno, Major S and Major O.
6. 'A coming of age'; 1973. Notes and openings of three plays of the same name. Autograph and typewritten.
7. 'Elbows: an idea for a short play'; n.d. Autograph and typewritten.
8. 'The escapologist' subsequently entitled 'Illusions at Taro Fair', suggested to Harwood in a dream on 12 Aug. 1981; 1981. Notes. Autograph.
9. 'Husbands, wives'; n.d. The original title 'Players' has been crossed through. Autograph.
10. 'Not since Tamerlane'; 1982. Autograph of the opening of the first act.
11. 'Notes on projected Narrator and Music idea, Harwood – Previn'; n.d. Autograph.
12. 'The studio'; n.d. Autograph draft of the opening of a play.
13. 'Notes for a new play, 28 November 1982 – Three brothers'; 1982. Autograph.
14. 'The three frightened whores of Salford: a comedy'; 1975. Autograph.
