Foliation: ff. 104 (+ 4 unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning + 1 unfoliated paper leaf after ff. 3 and 97 + 2 unfoliated paper leaves after f. 101 + 4 unfoliated paper flyleaves at the end).
Script: Gothic cursive.
Binding: British Museum in-house. Brown half-leather binding with the Sloane arms gold-stamped on the upper and lower covers. Rebound 1970.

Ownership inscriptions relating to William Parfey, John Parfey, Lionel Dalby and William Atkynson (ff. 1v, 2r, 104r).
Sir Hans Sloane (b. 1660, d. 1753), baronet, physician and collector: inscribed with his former shelfmarks, 'MS. C. 457', and 'XIX A' (f. 2r).
Purchased as part of the Sloane collection from Sloane's executors and incorporated into the newly founded British Museum in 1753.
