1. 'A Discourse [by Edward Misselden] shewing the Necessity of the Restoringe of the Marchaunts Adventurers Priviledges and Governement in their Mart Towne in Germany,' etc., with a synopsis of the discourse prefixed. ff. 8-22.
Prefixed to this Discourse, are: —
a. Letter from Edward Misselden to Sir Henry Rowe, Sir Wm. Romney, and the whole Company of the Merchants Adventurers of England, respecting certain unreasonable censures of his work. Dat. Lond. 5 Apr. 1611. f. 2-3.
b. The same 'To the Brethren of the Fellowship of the Marchants Adventurers in London, and especially to the Committees for the present Stoad causes;' stating his reasons for sending a copy of the Discourse to the Lord Treasurer. Dat. London. 16 Febr. 1610. f. 4.
c. The same 'To the Right Honorable the Lord High Treasurer of England,' Cecil 1st Earl of Salisbury, respecting his motives for writing this Discourse.' Dat. London, 28 Jan. 1610. f. 5-6.

3. 'An apology for the former treatise,' with a synopsis of the objections brought against it prefixed. ff. 38-46.
